Tonight, Beyonce took over the Glastonbury Festival 2011 Pyramid Stage. Not only was she out of her field as a pop headliner, she is the first and only female to headline in the festival’s 41-year history. For the set, Beyonce was nothing but smiles and excitement; stating, “Right now, you are witnessing my dream… I always wanted to be a rock star. And tonight, we are all rock stars.” The entire concert was aired on the UK’s BBC channel as Beyonce closed the weekend-long festival.
