Beyonce wowed New York during her first 4 Intimate Nights with Beyonce performance at the Roseland Ballroom on Sunday night. Throughout the night, Beyonce gave a history to where she is now – a la Beyonce’s stint at the Wynn in Las Vegas in 2009 – before going into performing her entire new album, 4, backed by a full orchestra (all female) joining her all-female band.

The 3,500, sold-out, intimate, crowd gathered in line days before the event to get the closest spot to see the entertainer. They even shocked Beyonce by proving their fandom by singing and dancing to 4. Indeed, the singer dazzled the crowd full of fans, celebrities, and critics alike – ending in rave reviews by all.
