She paid $465,000 on the small structure in 2002, but in these trying financial times was forced to sell it for a mere $110,000 – a trifle for a megastar like Beyonce. The asking price was a modest $135,000, so perhaps she wasn’t too disappointed. It’s still a heck of an ask for a 190 square foot room with just a half bath and very little else!
Even before she’s birthed her first, Beyonce has already announced that she plans to have a big family. “I have always said that I want to have all my children by the time I am 40,” the 30-year old singer said. That leaves 10 years for her to produce her full quota, so who knows how many kids the R&B diva will have!
Once Beyonce has given birth, the big question is how long will it be before we get to see another Beyonce concert tour? The superstar, who has appeared in film and on stage, including Austin Powers in Goldmember (2002) and Dreamgirls (2006), as well as a string of hugely successful tours like “The Beyonce Experience”, the “I AmÖ Tour” and her earlier “Dangerously in Love Tour”, from 2003.
