THE M&G
So I’m ready, I’m geared and so nervous/excited to meet Beyonce because I’ve only dreaming of this everyday since 05 (literally). My mom and me get to the door, and the security guy says he wanted to see my email from the fanclub guy. So my mom had to go all the way back to the car in the parking garage to get the papers but she told me to go back and see if I could just get in showing him on my kick while she got the papers. So then I got back and the guy wasn’t there anymore lol. So I just walk in! My mom had to come all the way back just to give me my ticket lol cause she had it.
The girl who I would later find out to be the person I’d be hanging with through the whole thing spotted Jeanette! So we go up to Jeanette (we weren’t sure @ first) and of course it was her. We got our stickers and waited in line until…hmm, 7? Then we went upstairs, and I swear we waited for an hour until we started moving.
— While we were waiting I saw Divinity come around with some red headed chick and I didnt know who that girl was. So I ask the girl who won the contest with me to come up to her with me lol. Divinity was just chillin there next to Jeanette opening her sidekick lol. So I go up to her and I’m like “Hi! You’re the bass player! you’re on the new Dereon ad and I saw you all over the internet and you’re so great!” Something like that lol. Then she puts her hand out for me to shake it and my dumbass had my sidekick in my right hand so it took me a minute to get her hand lol. But she was cool, she laughed @ it lol. She’s a real cool girl! I wish I met BiBi too!
So me and the girl walk this pretty good distance from the door where we entered the room to this little area where Beyonce was that leads out to the exit. I swear, they dim the lights so much that you can barley see her. I was behind I’d say about 8 people and I just saw this tall dark figure lol. But I’m surprised I didn’t cry! I was just in a state of SHOCK. So I wait for like less than 50 seconds and I get up to meet her. You guys…I’m STILL shaking from meeting her lol.
The girl goes up before me and says ‘Hi’ and then I go up and I shake her hand and just STARE at her. Like… Shocked If I can find a video of someone who looked like I did on some where youtube then I’ll post it lol. But the cool thing was that she was staring back at me smiling! I just couldn’t stop smiling and staring @ her! During that time other than I LOVE YOU and YOU’RE SO BEAUTIFUL! Beyonce says “Bye” to the girl (who’s like 20 something but really fly) and then she turns to me and I just come out with it…”I HAVE A WEBSITE ON YOU!” and her face just glows and she says “Aww really?!?! What is it called?!” and I told her “it’s BeyonceDaily.Org! There’s more stuff on it on the gift I gave you!” and I pointed to the table where the security guy THREW my portfolio on the table lol. Oh yeah! I told her during the pictures that I got her a gift! But anyways…she’s just like “Aww!” and then the security guy kept tapping me and I was really about to ask her Josh’s question lol. But I couldnt =/ and Beyonce was holding onto my hand and I had to leave so while I was pulling away she didn’t let go of my hand lol. So she basically just, held onto the back of my hand kinda lightly so as I was pulling away she just graced her hand on mine lol. And I put my little poster I paid a dollar for under the girls’ purse and I was about to get it and the guy was like “She’ll get it, you both are going through the same exit” I was like DAMN! I can tell you want me to stay here for cocktails! But anyways…I get out of the M&G room and I’m like completely high lol. I couldn’t stop shaking! So I go downstairs and get my merchandise…Tour Book, 2 Posters. I’ll post pictures of them tomorrow. I know Carm and josh want em lol.
THE SHOW
I get down to my seat, SO CLOSE! 10th row from the stage! And Robin Thicke’s playing Lost Without You. MY dumbass tripped going down the like 3 steps to get to the floor cause it was like pitch black down on the floor lol. During Robin’s last 2 songs I just sat there on my kick talking to my friends lol. They know how much I love Beyonce…or how much I’m obsessed with her is what they’d say lol. Then Alan calls after Robin’s thing…then I’m like “shit, I’m hot…I need something to drink” So I go out to get something to drink. Tell me why the hell a bottled drink is $4.00 And before we went upstairs for the M&G this lady comes shoutin at us saying we can’t bring in our OWN Food/Drink. MESSED UP SHIT. But I end up buying a water and a coke lol Laughing I knew I wasn’t going to wanna get thirsty in the middle of the set and go and get another drink.
As soon as I get back to my seat, about 15 minutes later after playing Like This and the Armani Commercial the venue goes dark! I was so surprised cause I was like, DAMN! That’s fast lol! So I stand up and I’m screaming my ass off. So through the whole show I just sing along with her. I knew all of her Live adlibs lol. So I was singing em like I was on stage lol. I had my blinking thing so I just kept waving that too. I swear to you guys, I sat down like 4 times during the whole thing. &those were the black-nothing-going-on times. But I was so sad cause it was just going so fast! I know Beyonce kept looking @ me during some songs. I was over on the side of the floor but she could still see me when she went to that side and when she looked my way. When she comes out with Listen…everyone in my section is sitting down. I’m the only one with my Blue Blinker and standing up. She looked straight at me during the first verse! Ah! I love her so much lol. I’m so sad it’s over! I loved the show so much!!!!! Damn…
